Comparison of Passing–Bablok regression analysis (D1, E1) and Bland–Altman analysis (D2, E2) results of the serum levels of two drugs (LTG, VRCZ), which were separately quantified by the present HPLC-UV platform and by a HPLC-MS/MS system. Quantification by HPLC-UV was performed in our hospital, while that by HPLC-MS/MS was conducted by the outsourced provider (SRL, Inc.)
