Kaplan–Meier survival curves of denosumab treatment adherence and persistence in 29 patients comparing patients who initiated treatment before (solid line) and after (dotted line) the COVID-19 pandemic. Patients who initiated denosumab before the pandemic showed a significantly lower risk of non-adherence than those who initiated treatment after the pandemic (log-rank test, p = 0.012). Denosumab treatment persistence was not significantly different between patients who initiated treatment before and those who initiated treatment after the pandemic (log-rank test, p = 0.976).
