Comparison of the probability of treatment continuation. The Kaplan–Meier method (log-rank test) was used to compare the probability of treatment continuation of the groups, which were classified by the presence or absence of anti-EGFR antibody drug withdrawal, dose reduction, or treatment discontinuation. Patients with treatment discontinuation are represented with a green line; patients without drug withdrawal, dose reduction, or treatment discontinuation are represented with a blue line; and patients with drug withdrawal or dose reduction are represented with a red line. The median survival times for patients with treatment discontinuation; without drug withdrawal, dose reduction, or treatment discontinuation; and with drug withdrawal or dose reduction were 77 days (95% confidence interval [CI], 21–133), 240 days (95% CI, 204–276), and 386 days (95% CI, 199–573), respectively. *p < 0.05
