The occurrence rates of “visual invasion” by non-target drugs in groups F and G are 50.0 and 58.3%, respectively. The occurrence rates of “near-miss” in groups E, F, and G are 0, 2.8, and 2.8%, respectively, and all are mistakes concerning “total amount.” The occurrence rates of “dispensing error” in groups E, F, and G are 0, 2.8, and 11.1%, respectively, and all are instances of misrecognizing “non-target drugs” as target drugs
