TJ24 and TJ68 promoted NGF-induced phosphorylation of Erk1/2 and Akt. We compared the proportion of phosphorylated Erk1/2 and Akt to their respective non-phosphorylated forms. Both TJ24 and TJ68 significantly increased phosphorylation of Erk1/2 and Akt compared with NGF alone.
