TJ24 and TJ68 did not affect paclitaxel-induced cytotoxicity in lung tumor-derived cells (A549). Cell viability after incubation for 24 h with TJ24 or TJ68 in the presence or absence of 100 μM paclitaxel was measured. Neither TJ24 nor TJ68 alone influenced cell viability, and reduced paclitaxel induced-antitumor efficacy in A549 cells compared to control.
